Returns Policy
Because every piece is one-of-one and made by hand, all sales are final. We want every customer to love their pen — please reach out before purchase with any questions.
Defective or damaged pieces
If your pen arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace if possible, or refund — at our discretion.
Custom orders
Custom pieces are non-refundable once production has begun. We provide design approvals before crafting to ensure you love it.
Cancellations
Orders for ready-made pieces may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Custom orders can be canceled before design approval; deposits are non-refundable.
